People & Culture Business Partner – DOVISTA Sweden/Svenska Fönster

DOVISTA Sweden, with brands such as Svenska Fönster, Mockfjärds Fönster and VELFAC, combines strong local brands with the scale of an international group. We are now looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join our team in Edsbyn.
About the role
As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will work closely with the Senior Director Operations and managers, acting as a trusted advisor, challenging and enabling operational and tactical P&C priorities.
You will be part of a Swedish/Norwegian P&C team including Business Partners, Generalists, Payroll Generalists and a P&C Master Data Lead. You report to the Head of P&C Region North, based in Edsbyn, and collaborate across Region North (Sweden, Norway, Denmark and UK/Ireland) and DOVISTA. This is a strong and well-established P&C setup, offering close collaboration and broad expertise within the team.
Your responsibilities
You will:
- Challenge and support managers in performance, leadership and employee matters
- Enable and implement P&C frameworks, processes and policies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate and negotiate with trade unions
- Ensure execution of key annual processes
- Contribute to DOVISTA-wide projects, including the implementation of a new HR system
About you
Who you are:
You are business-driven, hands-on and comfortable in a production environment.
What you bring:
- Experience from a broad P&C role, preferably as a Business Partner
- An academic degree in HR or equivalent
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
