With the purpose of bringing daylight and fresh air into people’s lives we operate through the brands Natre, Mockfjärds, Svenska Fönster and Velfac in Commercial Region North, marketing and selling our quality products to consumers, architects, carpenters, and builders in Sweden and Norway through various channels.
After a couple of difficult years for the whole industry we are now on a growth journey to fortify our brand concepts and increase our market share in both markets. To succeed in this journey, we are looking for a strategic and experienced Digital Transformation Lead to strengthen our commercial management team.
About the role
As Digital Transformation Lead, Marketing you will take overall responsibility for how DOVISTA works with media, content, web and SEO/AI across Region North. You will be a key driver in building common processes and ensuring that our digital initiatives deliver measurable business results. The role combines strategic development with hands-on leadership, as you will manage a team as well as external partners, and act as an advisor to Brand Managers and other stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities
- Lead and develop DOVISTA’s work within media, content, web and SEO/AI.
- Build and implement common processes, KPI frameworks and dashboards for digital activities.
- Ensure all activities are rooted in business KPIs and measured consistently.
- Validate brand plans and secure prioritization in the annual commercial calendar.
- Take budget responsibility for digital marketing areas and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Manage agency and partner relationships, securing high quality and cost-efficient deliveries.
- Act as guardian for digital tracking, campaign taxonomy and data quality.
- Lead and grow the digital marketing team, including recruitment and management of consultants.
- Act as sponsor or project lead for strategic digital initiatives.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a digital marketing leader with solid experience in media strategy, content and web management. You have worked with KPI frameworks and follow-up, and you thrive in building processes, governance and structure. You have experience managing budgets and agency partnerships, and you know how to turn investment into measurable results. You are a confident leader with experience in both budget and people management, and you enjoy driving change and innovation across teams and markets. It’s an advantage if you have experience working in large, matrixed organisations.
